This year, the RéseauIQ has drafted a comprehensive real estate program so as to offer Québec’s engineers a range of complementary professional services to meet their needs, as much for buying or selling a property as to obtain financing or legal advice. The RéseauIQ has introduced services for real estate agents, mortgage brokers and, recently, notaries.

Last September 17, the RéseauIQ was at the annual convention of PME INTER Notaires, in order to present its clients and partners to the almost 100 notaries attending this event. It was also an opportunity for these three types of business partners—professional and real estate services—to meet and establish business ties. Our President, François P. Granger, emphasized the importance of such partnerships in order to provide engineers with high quality services, at rates that are competitive.

A partner of the RéseauIQ for legal services in the real estate law, human rights law and business law sectors, PME INTER Notaires comprises close to 200 notaries throughout Québec, who are all now very happy to be at the service of Québec’s engineers!
