Registration Terms

Confirmation

Upon receipt of your completed registration form, we will send your invoice to you by e-mail. Please note that your registration will only be confirmed once we receive your payment.

Substitution

A substitution of registrants will be accepted at no charge until the activity takes place. Member rates are extended only to members. Any substitution must be made in writing on the Substitution Application Form and submitted by fax at 514 845-4876.

Cancellation

Any cancellation must be made in writing on the Cancellation Application Form and submitted by fax at 514 845-4876.

  • If the cancellation is received at least 10 business days prior to the event, 10% of the registration fee will be charged.
  • If the cancellation is received 3 to 9 business days prior to the event, 25% of the registration fee will be charged.
  • If the cancellation is received less than 3 business days prior to the event date or if a registrant fails to attend, 100% of the registration fee will be charged.
Deferment

Any application for deferment must be made in writing on the Deferment Application Form and submitted by fax at 514 845-4876. Please note that any deferment submitted at least 10 business days prior to the training activity is not subject to any charge. However, beyond that deadline, the deferment is considered a cancellation, to be followed by a new registration, in which case all cancellation and registration conditions apply.

Politique de remboursement
Le Réseau des ingénieurs du Québec se réserve le droit d'annuler ou de reporter une activité. Dans l’un ou l’autre cas, le Réseau informe les personnes inscrites au plus tard 5 jours ouvrables avant l’activité. La responsabilité du Réseau n'excédera en aucun cas la somme correspondant aux honoraires perçus.
