Champlain Bridge — a sizeable challenge for engineers!
You are all invited to our Annual General Meeting to be held on November 23 at Holiday Inn La Plaza in Montréal. The event will start at 4:30 p.m. with a free conference: Le corridor du pont Champlain: les enjeux d’aujourd’hui et les défis de demain (“The Champlain Bridge Corridor—today’s issues and tomorrow’s challenges”)*.
This conference will cover one of the most current themes and is of considerable interest to engineers. It will be an opportunity to understand the engineering challenges involved in the reconstruction of the Champlain Bridge and the innovations that will be required for its maintenance. Engineers are being asked to come up with solutions to be part of one of Québec’s most extensive projects of the decade.
A cocktail buffet will then be served. You can take advantage of this opportunity to develop your business network and exchange with colleagues. The Annual General Meeting will start at 7:00 p.m., so members can immediately discuss issues of concern to our organization and provide a recap of the past year.
These activities are free of charge and open to all members. Registration is required. For further information, please click here.
We look forward to seeing you in large numbers!
